To ensure a pleasant experience for all clients, we require a non-refundable deposit of $50.

Please get in touch as soon as possible to cancel/reschedule your appointment. We do have a strict cancellation policy of within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

Rescheduling before the 48 hours cutoff allows the deposit to carry over to the new appointment.

No-shows will also have their deposit forfeited.

Please note if cancellations and no-shows happen frequently, unfortunately it will restrict you from booking future appointments. We do show compassion under certain circumstances.

Not 100% happy with your hair, no need to worry. Please reach out to us a soon a possible, we do offer complimentary corrections within 7 days of your service. Change of mind is unfortunately not covered but we will do our best to accommodate you and get you back in as soon as possible.
